Welcome to Class 5

Mrs Travis and Mrs Clementis

Mrs Smith and Miss Looker

We have been learning to tell the story of Hetty Dreaming off by heart in Literacy.  Watch our video here...

In Art we have been creating portraits using clay in the style of Andy Warhol.  Can you guess who is who? ...

Class 5 as part of their DT topic have been making lasagne and we even visited Pizza Express in Ilkley to make our own pizzas.  Annie and Arthur also came along...

Class 5 visited Bradford Science Festival.  What a fantastic day making wireless circuits, listening to the extremely entertaining

Ian B Dunne and ending the day with Dr Death...

Here we are working in class on history and maths challenges...

Children from Class 5 and Class 4 took part in the Easier Access Day where they had the opportunity to try out lots of activities including wheelchair rugby, being led by guide dogs, scrambling the climbing wall and most importantly explaining what St. Anthony's children found when they did a disability audit at school.  The day was extremely beneficial and the children were an absolute credit to the school...

Class 5 were very lucky to have Mr Johnson visit our class to talk to us about cacti.  We found out lots of amazing facts and we even got to take a cactus home with us...

Thank you to all the parents who came to Class 5's curriculum evening - we hope you found it useful.  If you were unable to attend please find below the information which we went through on the night...
